  That should light up the rink pretty nicely for those night time skates.  I'm interesting in seeing how much distance and coverage you will have with the LED.  I tried some LED work lights, and while they give off nice white light, the throw distance seems way less than the standard halogens.

  We are retrofitting these commercial lights with custom led lights and finished them off on Blackhawk red. They will be mounted on 10 foot poles in four corners.
