HUGE Bummer - with all the warm weather, our rink suffered a split in the liner which resulted in a loss of about 6,000 gallons of our 10,000 gl rink (30x60)! Luckily, the water stayed out of my basement! It happened on the shallow side of the rink fortunately - if it was the deep end, we'd have been in trouble!
This "Winter" has not been kind to us rink builders. Hope everyone fared OK this season. Already looking forward to next year!

David - it was a tough one! Although I was able to patch it and save the ice (the kids were out on it this morning before school!) - we've got 50 today, 65 tomorrow, and more of the same in the long range forecast. I think it's time unfortunately. Last year we borrowed a friends "Pool Cover Pump" to drain our rink and it works beautifully! They're pretty inexpensive ($40) and do a great job! Don't know how much a pump rental is - but could be worth the purchase to have for years. Good luck!
Wow, the picture really tells the story! I've had nightmares of this happening. Going to rent a pump from HD to get the water out today!
