    Hi Thomas.

    The dots are painted, goalie area is also painted with a light blue color. I'd use water-based paint mixed with water. The lines are silk ribbon.

    There are some logos - plain paper sprayed with water.

    I will add pics of this years hockey rink, and my home made Zamboni...
