Todd Churchill Need jigsaw to cut the initial 30 degree section. Once it is cut, just make the edges nice and smooth with a palm sander and then use that as template for the rest (9 total per rail). I used to cut the remaining sections with about 1/8" extra and…

Todd Churchill Just finished doing a trial fit of my boards (95' x 46'). Going to break it all down and take the sections into my garage in the background once it is done so I can paint them and apply the company logos.
