  • Thank you very much, NICE JOB ! :)

  • The top and bottom rails are actually three layers of 1/2" plywood.  Each layer is 3 x 30 degree sections, I staggered the joins between layers, glued and screwed them together.  The top rail is a 2" x 6" profile and the bottom is a 2" x 8"profile to match the corresponding lumber used on the straight sections.

I had ads printed by a local printer (Speed Pro Signs East) using the same type material used to decal cars.  One word of warning that to adhere, you need about 10C ambient.  Last year, once it got colder I had to use a heat gun and it was very time consuming.  If you go this route, be sure to have vector graphics to prevent distortion when they are enlarged.  Mine are 48" long x 30" high.

    Hope that helps.

  • And how did you print your ads ? :P

  • How did you proceed to curve your stud on the top ? Thankyou !

  • Started putting on my dasher board ads this weekend.
